Actually 2 gardens.

The veggie garden is a series of 5 raised beds in our backyard.  Each planter is lined with gopher wire.  As of May 2010, we have lettuce, carrots, beets, edemame, tomatoes, squash, crane melons, sweet peas, and bush beans.  In some old tree rings, also underlined with gopher wire, we have potatoes and strawberries.  Scattered about the yard are apples, pears, plums and grapes.  The grapes are newly planted this winter and will be trained along an espallier that runs next to our back fence.

The front garden is ornamental and just got designed by David Beazley.  We are hard at work with the enormous amount of landscape construction required.  Towards this winter, we hope to start the planting.

Everything is on drip.  Everything is gopher wired.
