When we decided to buy a house in Sonoma, my boyfriend and I looked for a home with a large lot with lots of gardening potential and room for our two dogs. We found a great corner lot with beautiful oaks, fruit trees and lots of sunlight. We fell in love right away and have been working long hours every weekend to bring it back to life. We're looking forward to our first year of fresh veggies and cut flowers, and maybe even some eggs, from our backyard micro farm.
