Jill Nussinow, RD author, alternative dietician, teacher, speaker and Sonoma County’s Veggie Queen shares her tales of cooking nutrient rich soups in minutes, with a pressure cooker. Her newest book, The New Fast Food Pressure Cooking Cookbook has recipe for creating excellent meals in less than 30 minutes.
